Taco Mac in Decatur

Excellent wings! Sweet Chili Sesame and the baked Parmesan Zucchini was divine! To wash it all down was the best iced tea I've had in quite a while. Thanks, Taco Mac for great food, good service and an easy in and out location!! I will be back soon.

Improved service over the last year... likely due to new ownership?? Springer Mountain chicken for their wings (excellent) and good sports atmosphere

Taco Mac did and amazing job. So I had to bring my wife to Emory to see her Cancer Specialist. So my son and I dropped her off and decided to go eat lunch. We are from Columbus and are aware of the ongoing fears and situations. We were welcomed with a smile and I have to say received the best service in a very long time. Our server Destiny was polite ,caring and prompt. She checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. I recommend Taco MAC in Decatur to anyone who wants to have good food with fantastic service.

Received great service with my colleagues today for lunch celebrating a new promotion. Our server Ana was the BEST! She took very good care of us gave us all of her attention. They need more Ana’s because at one point we stopped coming due to horrible service with larger groups, but now we are looking forward to returning and requesting her.

Food was really good. HD the buffalo chick salad. I was expecting some spicy chicken strips, but got real marinated chicken, and a lot of it.

We went to Taco Mac because it was close to our hotel and we could walk. When we got there we were greeted with the manager who was very high-spirited and made me feel extremely welcomed. The place was packed however we were able to get a table and our server was beyond what I could ever say is the best damn server we've ever had. The atmosphere was just amazing the food was to die for. We had such a great experience at this restaurant that we ended up going back the next day for lunch. We had the same great atmosphere and highly motivated and very well trained servers I was happy for this visit and I would highly recommend it for any other person.

This was our first time here. We were tired and hungry. We really enjoyed it. The service was fantastic from our waitress and very friendly. The wings were good but not great. Either way we had a good experience. I’ll definitely go again.

Great place eat only problem was the app to order off menu did work rather be offer traditional menu

Bernie was our server tonight, and he is absolutely amazing. Request him, he is our top server and we do love Taco Mac and it’s many beer choices and food options!!! Allagash whithe my fav.

The place clean and sanitary with social distancing!!! Our waiter was Jason and he was the best. He shared knowledge from the bar to the food. He made sure that you’re well taken of. He is always available and clearly one of the best staff members!! Taco Mac please give your staff in Decatur, Ga a raise. The food was great and I’m going to have a great sleep. They beyond expectations and made out of state civilians feel right at home. Coming from a Virginia ❤️

The best thing about this Taco Mac location is their staff. This staff is TOP NOTCH. Each employee, from the hostess’, to the bartenders (Kayla and Bernard), to the management (Jason), has been unbelievable. Seriously consider this place if you’re in the area and looking for a great atmosphere, great food, and great people to share those with!

I hate the ambience if this place but i must admit they have great wings and a good rotating craft beer selection

I came in today with a party of 15 from work and i must say this was my best experience ever with a group. Our server Ana was very attentive and gave five star service. If you are in Decatur Taco Mac with a group, ask for Ana she will get you in and out in a timely manner.

Food is basic but good, the place is beautiful . Expect to share tables with other guest even if the restaurant is empty. However the bill will be as a real luxury restaurant. Do not dare to complain: the very young and not expert manager will call security....

The only reason this gets 3 stars is because the hickory burger and chicken sandwich were cooked right and tasted good. I paid $13 each for each plate and got a handful of fries (that were cold) and paid extra for extra blue cheese and both looked like they used a teaspoon and put one teaspoon into the container and closed it, why make us pay for it when I can’t even use it to eat my fries with, it’s gone by the third dip. #lame Tastes good but portions and display of the food are not good when ordering to-go

I love this place. Service is always great but they need to update their hours on Google. Says they're open until 1am, its 10pm and im in their parking lot while they're closed.

I ordered wings (ex bleu cheese), fries and a catfish PLATE (coleslaw, tartar and fries) ex side broccoli casserole two extra tartar sauce. NEVER got coleslaw, fries or extra bleu cheese. I got broccoli with melted cheese on top, fish was over cooked, breaking into pieces, my husband fries was old and wings were dry. Called to restuarant spoke with a VERY rude, childish, takes nothing serious worker, who laughed and told me her manager was too busy to take calls and for me to call cooperate due to Covid19 for a refund. I asked her name she asked me why? I then asked for her manager/supervisor name she said Derrick. Then put me on hold for 12mins. I hung up and called back, Ive called several times and she keeps hanging up. I'll be there Tomorrow. All this took place at 9:30ish. She needs to be trained again or fired!

Nachos are a great choice, service was a bit slow, but understand it happens..

Came here for the 1st time in years! The wings were really good. My boyfriend and I were a little long eyed and ordered the train wreck nachos which is massive. They also have a great beer selection!

Food good like usual.... how ever... my waitress put my to go tops down side up. In this day and age I need her to be more mindful. No one wants the Part of the lid that will make contact with your drink... to touch the table first....🤦🏾‍♀️

The place was very clean. Our server was not good she didn't come back and check on us. Also, the serve refill the gentle drink I was with didn't refill mines. I had to ask for a to go box three times. I will not visit this location again.

My first time eating here and I must admit I was a little disappointed. My salad was ok but my boneless wings wasn’t so great. I ordered honey chipotle boneless wings with ranch dressing but instead I got Mild boneless wings with blue cheese. I was at work and ordered it online so I couldn’t return them right away, instead I called and asked to speak to a manager. Jason listened to me and took really good care of me. He was really nice and professional. He apologized and made it right for me. He told me he didn’t want my first experience a bad one and wanted me to give them another try. He gave me a full refund and I think I will try them again because of his great customer service. The next time I order, I may just go into the store to order to make sure my order is done currently. If it wasn’t for Jason I wouldn’t even be considering trying them again so thanks again Jason and I will see you soon!

1 Taco Mac employee has tested positive for COVID-19, and 4 others have shown symptoms. Management refuses to close, so I WILL NOT be going there ever again. Treating the customers with that sort of disrespect is one thing, but Inhumane work conditions are just wrong. I will NEVER go there again.

Social distancing but serving in! Every other table... Happy to see that! Food was good...Drink a little weak, but still a nice time!

Everything was so good! Fries were amazing , wings were amazing . Tenders was great . Was hoping to dine in though, Dine in was closed even though the website said the dine -in was open . Sure it was for very good reasons though.

Everytime I come here to deliver an Doordash order they are never ready. Someone needs to fix this because I have been penalized for Taco Macs slow service.

They always have good food. And the service INSIDE the restaurant is fine. But the past 3x over the past month have been difficult when getting to-go meals. First, every time you order, you're told "your order will be ready in no less than 30 minutes". But every time I go in for pick up, the restaurant is basically empty. Why does it take 40 minutes to grill a piece of salmon? The second time I ordered food, I was on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called back and my order was instantly taken. The third time, I was in hold for 6 minutes and the phone "somehow" hung up. I called back and told them their phone hung up on me. No apology. Just straight to the order. I'd hate to try ordering food if the restaurant were actually packed. But they get 3 🌟 for good food, late hours, and good in-store table service. -2 🌟 for less than desirable to-go service.

Taco Mac is black owned and operated. I enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. This place is a great sports bar. Lots of TVs on the walls with sports on them all. Great drinks and the food was fantastic. I shared an order of fried Calamari with my sister. I had a Taco Mas Texas Margarita, which was deliciously made. And I also ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger with Tater tots.You have to get a group of friends to accompany you to this spot. You will not be disappointed. Ask for the server named Monie. She's amazing. Oh and please tip her.

GABBY IS AWESOME!!! We were seated quickly. But we waited 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, and we asked 2 waitresses to help us. After being told “Give me a minute” by the 2 waitresses. We asked another employee, Gabby if she could help us and she stepped right up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and took our orders. She was very friendly and professional. She gave us updates and checked on us a few times. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!! And for her to be a to-go specialist, she should definitely be promoted!!!! Thank you Gabby for making our evening so much better.

Taco Mac was a great, clean place nestled in the heart of downtown Decatur, Georgia. We went in and the atmosphere was nice, we were greeted(host was very nice) and seated. Our waitress was so nice(to bad I did not remember her name)and very attentive! She took our order and soon after our food came out, I ordered the chicken cheesesteak. Guess what? I ate the whole thing and, of course I was full so there is no need to ask. LOL!
